From source to your line.
How we buy, store and ship components — three defined sourcing channels, controlled storage in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and delivery on the Incoterms you use.
Three defined channels.
Every part we supply is bought through one of three channels. We record the channel and the supply route for each order, so material can be traced back after delivery.
Manufacturers and their distribution network
Direct purchase, with manufacturer traceability on the delivered lot.
Qualified OEM excess
Surplus stock from manufacturers, traceable to the original purchase order.
Vetted independent agents
Used for shortage, allocation and end-of-life parts. Subject to the same incoming inspection as all other stock.
Close to where shortage parts surface.
Our Shenzhen office is our sourcing and consolidation centre, within reach of the Huaqiangbei component market and the mainland supply base.
Sourcing and price discovery
Open-market enquiry, cross-checking of multiple sources, and daily price and availability feedback into our Hong Kong quotations.
Inbound consolidation
Goods are received, inspected and consolidated in Shenzhen before onward shipment through Hong Kong. Shenzhen has its own transit warehouse of about 500 m².
China-market sales
Domestic customers are served directly from Shenzhen.
Storage and packaging.
Moisture-sensitive devices
MSL parts are held in vacuum-sealed moisture barrier bags with desiccant.
Stock rotation
FIFO, so the date codes you receive stay current.
Small quantities
Cut tape and loose parts are accepted. NPI builds and small batches do not have to take a full reel.
Repacking
Loose and part-reel quantities are vacuum re-packed with desiccant and a humidity indicator card, so MSL handling is kept in transit, not only in our warehouse.
Delivery.
Lead time
In-stock Hong Kong items ship the same working day. Open-market sourcing typically takes 3–7 working days to Europe.
Carriers
Priority accounts with FedEx, DHL and UPS.
Incoterms
EXW Hong Kong, FCA or DDP.
Buffer stock and scheduled deliveries.
Tell us your build schedule and we plan stock and lead time around it. Three services are available: buffer stock held for your parts, scheduled call-offs against your build plan, and consignment stock.
What helps us plan with you
- Part numbers and annual or per-build quantities
- Build dates, or a forecast by month
- Which parts are at risk of shortage or end-of-life
- Preferred Incoterms and delivery address
Have a part number?
Send it over. Every enquiry is quoted individually, and parts pass our Hong Kong inspection before they ship.
