Msemitek (美浦森半导体) is a semiconductor manufacturer of discrete and power devices. Founded in 2014 and based in Shenzhen, it develops silicon and silicon carbide (SiC) power devices, with R&D centres in Shenzhen and Suzhou and a CNAS-accredited laboratory in Shenzhen. Wafer production uses partner foundries in China and Korea. Msemitek states ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.
It is a smaller brand than the household names on our line card. For EMS buyers that is the point: a second source with factory pricing, short answers from the manufacturer, and samples when you need to qualify a part.

MS OpenLab, Shenzhen.
Msemitek runs its own test centre, MS OpenLab, in Shenzhen. Set up in 2019 and accredited by CNAS in March 2024, it covers device testing, reliability, failure analysis and application testing across more than 1,000 m². Typical work: static and dynamic parameters from −55 to 200 °C, switching and reverse-recovery, thermal resistance, HTRB / HTGB / H3TRB, temperature cycling and HAST, X-ray and decapsulation for failure analysis.
AI server power.
For AI server PSUs (1 kW to 12 kW+), Msemitek offers 600/650 V super-junction MOSFETs for totem-pole PFC and LLC stages (E7 series; E7D and GTD with fast-recovery body diode), and SiC MOSFETs at 650, 750, 1200 and 1700 V (MT and MF series).
